Maroochy Home Assist would love to help your clients with modifications required to help them live safely at home.
Clients who are registered through My Aged Care can access Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) subsidised labour for any minor mods required in the Sunshine Coast Regional council area and only pay the cost of materials involved.
We also complete minor mods for Home Care Package and NDIS participants across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie Regional council areas. We provide quotes for these works.
Under 65 clients that are not NDIS participants may still be able to access Home Assist Secure (HAS) subsidised labour in the former Maroochy Shire only provided they are a pensioner concession card holder, and we welcome any enquiries regarding this cohort.
What can we help with?
Major Modifications
Our major modifications team creates level access bathrooms, install stairlifts, bidets and large access ramps in the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie Regional council areas. We have a wealth of experience in this field and have been completing these types of modifications for over 25 years. Major modification requests outside of our specialities may be considered but cannot always be accommodated. CHSP clients may receive up to a 50% subsidy whilst HCP and NDIS clients are provided with quotes to discuss with their providers.

Minor Modifications
We can also complete minor maintenance work that poses a safety or security risk. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any goods or equipment requests.
